Very slow service waiting over 15 minutes for food more orders going out to the drive thru than orders in the store. It's bad when people that go through the drive thru get there order first me among other customers order inside first and have been waiting and people in the drIve got there order first but came a lot later. Orders should be in the order they came

Just once. Once I'd like to get what I order here. If you want a surprise in your order every time you visit this is the location for you! Also, 9/10 times this is how they make their filet o fish

Last 4 times I've ordered the big breakfast with steak they gave me sausage instead. They are getting as bad as hardees and screwing up my order

Before I state my review I would like to say that I am 15, Since I’m 15, I can’t drive a car. I decided to bike down to McDonald’s to get some food and a drink, The inside was closed and the only option was drive through. I decided to online order food so I can pick it up through drive through, “Keep in mind that I am on a bike”, Anyway long story short I was told that they can’t give me my food since I was on a bike…. I repeated numerous times that I would like my food or a refund but they told me “we are not going to refund or complete your order, get out of my drive through or we can call the cops”. At that point I was fed up and left. I have never had such a bad experience while ordering food. I’m 15 with no license how am I suppose to get my food???

There is no reason to take 30 minutes in the drive thru for cold food.
