- KHKathy HaleyJun 18, 20211.0I had similar problems like previously stated. I was in line 10 min and when I got to the microphone she told me to wait a bit. 5 min. It was 8:01 when she came back to the microphone and she told me grill was closed. What???? I'm so mad I could spit nails. Friday night and no service . Might as well close at 8. Very unhappy.

Without washing her hand she went back to make cookie icecream cakes. Then our food comes out and it is one hamburger party cut in half to make 2 burgers and the double cheeseburger is one patty cut in half and stacked together. Absolutely the most underhanded and gross experience at a DQ. Just a update been her 45 mins and she still has not washed her hands.
