    The service has gotten quicker over the past few months but their frozen Fanta machine always seems to be defrosting. Honestly if my kid didn’t like chicken nuggets so much I’d never go back.

    The woman at the drive thru that took our order was extremely rude. I had placed an order for myself and my wife and our friend had ordered ahead on the app and I was trying to tell her that when she began to speak to me as if I was stupid saying "its called an online order, just say that."

    Every time I have been to this location, my order has been wrong. My fries are rarely hot. My order is frequently missing items. The store is a mess. Last visit I was missing the drink I ordered in the drive thru so I went inside and they immediately asked if I was missing my parfait, which I was, and I also had to ask for my missing drink. There was pop all over the floor from the drive thru window all the way out to the counters and into the guest ordering area. The kitchen was littered with fries and hash brown sleeves. The drive thru window cashier was standing in the puddle of pop at the drive thru window. It was absolutely nasty! I would visit a different location but this is the only location near me and there isn't another one for at least 10 miles. I really hope the managers and staff get their act together and figure out how to quit messing orders up!
