The only consistent issue I’ve run into is when one particular employee is working. I always order ahead for a specific pickup time, but when I arrive, my food is often not ready. When I ask about it, the response I get feels dismissive or rushed, which isn’t the type of customer care I expect. I completely understand that things can get busy, and I try to be patient and polite, but the way it’s handled makes me feel like I’m being brushed off. Maybe it’s a staffing or management issue, but either way, it seems like she could use some extra support during those times. Unfortunately, this last visit crossed a line for me. I ordered a matcha drink and when I got it, there were shavings inside—what looked like either part of the matcha packaging or possibly even metal from the blender. Since it’s a blended drink, I have no idea how much was in there, and I had to throw the whole thing away. That was seven dollars wasted, and it made me feel unsafe about the quality. Because of that, I will no longer be ordering anything when she is the one working. I still think this is a good spot overall, but I really hope management addresses this issue so customers don’t have to deal with experiences like mine in the future.
