  I never really order McDonald's but got a late night craving and decided to try it. Ordered ahead, gave my order number, seemed like everything was going smoothly, just maybe a little slow moving in the line. They tried to hand me a giant bag of food and a bottle of water which wasn't my order. They argued with me and seemed very upset by me pointing out to them that the order was wrong vs focused on getting my order and other orders completed. I was told my order was given to a door dash person and they needed to remake it. The place seemed very under staffed and I felt bad, but it's unacceptable to treat customers as an unconvince to them like that. Maybe it's better other times of the day, but avoid late at night

  After driving 20 minutes to get there when I drove up to drive thru all the menu lights where on so I waited for ten minutes before some lady came on and told me thay were closed even know there was a car looked like he was waiting for his order worst place around

  I had a very disappointing experience at McDonald’s. The staff was rude, unprofessional, and the overall atmosphere made me feel uncomfortable as a customer. As a woman, I believe everyone deserves to be treated with basic respect when spending their money. My order was completely incorrect, and because of the mistakes, I had to spend additional money elsewhere just to get food I was satisfied with. Customer service should be consistent and respectful for everyone, regardless of who they are. I hope management addresses both the service quality and professionalism at this location. Overall..Very poor customer service. I felt unwelcome from the moment I arrived, and the attitude I received was unnecessary. My order was mishandled from start to finish, and I ended up paying more money elsewhere because the food was not prepared correctly. Respect and professionalism should come with every customer interaction. I expect better from a business people support daily.

  Both drive thru staff was rude, argumentive and unhelpful. Mobile order 1907 I selected curbside pickup and then when I arrived app told me to go to drive thru. No one could find my order even though the order number on receipt on bag is same as the one I provided from app. Then manager starts arguing with me because he's trying to tell me what I did wrong with the app even though everything is up to date with the app. Then once I finally got my two things just chicken nuggets n fries, my food was cold and the fries are half full. UPDATE! Spoke with manager and corporate. The manager argued with me and mansplained how their app works even tho it's not rocket science. He then told me he would give me a free meal and took my name down and said that all I would have to do is go there and tell them my name to get the free meal. Had to argue with 3 different people because they all told me they don't have any name written down. Then was ganged up on while having an argument with the staff that I had spoke to someone at corporate (spoke to John Christian). They all were huddled by the window like I was a threat or being belligerent when I wasn't. They tried telling me I never spoke to a manager or John from corporate and tried not compensating my meal that was owed to me. I sadly used to come here at least 3 times a week and now I will never return to this location.

  Recently went to get food after my long 10 hour shift and they forgot my cheese in my double cheese burgers. Another time I asked for 2 large fries and got 4 wraps instead. They took the wraps back but didn't even give me my 2 large fries. Had to go to another McDonald's to get them. Went there again after another long 10 hour shift and they gave me the wrong order again. They really need to either right down the correct online order on the bag or ask for the things you get.
