There is always a new employee trying her hardest no one there helping guide her, she was kind and that was the only redeeming quality. We order food and they ALWAYS forget our food and then throw together a burnt sandwich and a bagel they didn’t toast. No one pays attention to you no one tries to help or fix the problem I feel like and inconvenience it seems the drive thru takes priority over everything. I am NEVER coming back to this establishment again. Idk how they have so many positive reviews the only thing I can think is they are fake reviews.

Simple orders are real trouble for the crew here, coffee and a donut. Why is my coffee always ready but I have to wait for a donut? This happens 50% of the time I visit this location and I try to order well in advance in case they are busy, they never are that busy by the way. I guess when DD took "Donuts" away when rebranding this location took it as "donuts are hard, I can skip that part of all orders".
