Although I typically visit through the drive-thru and haven’t dined in yet, the customer service has always been excellent. The staff are polite, well-trained, and genuinely considerate. A simple “good morning” or “thank you” with a smile from them always brightens my day. The drive-thru is sooo quick, the food is amazing, and the overall experience keeps me coming back. Dunkin’ Donuts definitely beats Starbucks in my book!
