crappy service only one person working and the other playing around
there were no orders ahead of me and no line but i felt rushed to order quickly and then there was a long wait bc one guy did both drink and sandwhich, she couldn't be bothered to help, I guess. I stopped tipping bc its always dumb ish like this.

I am not a coffee drinker. I went to Caribou to get coffee for my client. When I got to the register I let them know my client has $5 she just wants hot coffee and she likes caramel, what can she get? The man at the register said she can get black coffee and we can add caramel for $4.99 total. I paid. At the other side of the counter I noticed the heavy set lady with curly hair and glasses was making a cold press and I said ours is Hot Correct? she said no, you ordered a cold press and I said sorry but I wanted hot coffee for my client, I'm not sure what the man at the register entered in the computer. She immediately became irritated by her body language and started making someone else's drink instead of mine, when she finally started making my drink she asked if I wanted milk inside and I said no, when she finished the drink I asked for creamers and she rudely said (with a fake smile on her face) first of all your getting a deal because it should have been more than what you paid, secondly you said no milk! I told her that whatever her issue was, it was between her and the man at the register not my issue and I'm just telling you what I ordered so you can fix it. Milk and creamer are not the same exact thing, milk is what you pour in the cup and creamers are in little containers on the side. She tried to make me feel stupid but I'm not! There was no need for her to get an attitude or be rude that was totally uncalled for and unacceptable, if I was a coffee drinker and was needing my coffee she probably would have gotten cursed out but I don't drink coffee and I remained cool calm and Collected! The next person may not be so polite. Someone needs to check her attitude.

Not usually one to leave reviews but this was insane. I placed a mobile order 7 minutes prior to arriving at the establishment, my drink wasn't ready which is totally fine. I proceeded to wait almost 20 minutes for ONE drink order. Watching the staff was an eyesore to say the least, I've never seen a team this slow since I've been coming to this location for several years. No communication was being made. Odd considering there wasnt a line or a full bump screen. The manager on duty wanted to help the bar staff but they denied any help from her, if anything the team seemed very cold toward one another and have no work flow. I've never witnessed a team like this.
