Dude with the long black hair and glasses is the literal worst (think he may be an asst mgr or something?). My house is very close by and I come often for an Oreo McFlurry, especially after dialysis, crave them on dialysis days for some reason. That dude is almost always there. Every single time I order one and he’s there, he gives me a speck of Oreo. I don’t want to be rude and ask for more, so I started paying for extra Oreo on the app - you can pay for up to 3 extra scoops. As soon as I started ordering extra Oreo, he started giving me EVEN LESS Oreo than before. Eventually I got the courage to ask if he could put in a little more Oreo since I was paying for extra and not getting any. I am ALWAYS incredibly patient and incredibly kind, I say please and thank you, tell him to have a good night.. it’s like the nicer I am in the hopes he’ll just give me what I’m paying for, the ruder he is. When I finally got the nerve to ask for a little more Oreo since I was paying extra afterall, he made me drive around front and sit there for 15-20 minutes, came out and gave me, I’m not kidding or exaggerating, a cup full of Oreo and a dollop of ice cream. Like it was a joke. I had to throw it away. Moving forward after that, I still continued to order thru the app, paying $1.80 for extra Oreo, and he continued to give less and less every time. I finally just decided to buy my own Oreos to keep at home so I could crush them up myself anytime I got an Oreo McFlurry. Making the McFlurry much more expensive now. I thought that would solve the issue. So I stopped asking/paying for extra oreo. And as soon as I stopped asking for extra Oreo, he started making my mcflurry’s about half the size they should be. He started giving me a mini McFlurry, in the regular size cup. I thought this had to be a joke. Not only does he play these games every single time, but every single time I say “Hi there, I have a Mobile order” he sighs and says “what’s the code” super rudely, I give it to him, and every time he cuts me off. Just incredibly rude every single time. I have never ONCE been rude to this guy, ever. Everyone else that works here is super kind - especially the Hispanic women and the white gentleman with glasses. But the dude with long black hair, glasses and a piercing is awful. Now he gives me half of a McFlurry and if I dare ask him to put a little more ice cream on top (I tell him he doesn’t even have to stir it or give me more Oreo and that I’ll stir it up myself) he either sighs and rips it from my hand, or flat out tells me “no” and closes the window. I finally decided to just drive a few miles further and go out of my way to a different McDonald’s and avoid this one as much as possible because he is so horrendous. I never write reviews about ANYWHERE, I NEVER complain anywhere, and it takes A LOT to get me to complain or even speak up for myself, let alone write a review like this. But dude clearly hates his job and should not be working a customer-service facing role if he hates it so much. I guarantee you the vast majority of negative reviews about this McDonald’s are likely due to this dude.

Ordered something, given the wrong order, tried to politely ask for help, told it was my problem and not their job to fix.
Didn’t expect much, but never going back.
