(I hadn't left yet) In fact, there was ownership and an apology. Like it use to be in the good old days. No big deal, and don't have to make anything out of it. Thank you.

Waited a few minutes for all the food, get handed a bag was told everything was in it, I peeked inside and I asked is the sauce down at the bottom? Lady at the window goes yes all the sauce is in there so i pulled away to not hold up the line of cars behind me. Get to my destination pull everything out, and there's no sauce. Both kids were very upset and ended up not eating their nuggets because they were super dry.
