  Personally, it’s astonishing this place has 4.2 stars. You never know when they’re going to be open. One nice Sunday around noon we decided we wanted to walk to this location. We get there and there’s zero signs of life and they’re closed. The drive thru is a joke, you have to go all the way around a weird hill and when you get to the window, there’s a sign that says the drive thru is closed. When they are open, the staff looks miserable to be there. I haven’t had any issues with the product but I rarely am able to get it so it’s the experience that reflects the one star. I wish this place was open more and the staff was much friendlier because this is a great spot for a half mile walk from my house

  I wish I could give zero stars. The layout here is terrible—I had to hunt for the drive-thru, which is located up a steep hill. When I got to the speaker, there was a sign saying it was broken and to pull ahead. I pulled up to the window, expecting to order, and was greeted by another sign saying the drive-thru was closed. Why make customers drive all the way up there just to find that out? To top it off, I went inside specifically for a shake and was told they were out of milk. A Dairy Queen out of milk? Unbelievable. I won't be back.

  I ordered blizzard before an got there before it says its supposed to be closed. Employee's closed before it's supposed it's to be closed an I wasted money an I don't know how to get refunded
