From being ignored while standing at the counter (not even a "hi, I'll be with you in a second") to receiving this hot mocha (this is after I received it and did NOT drink it—I just mixed in the whip cream.... why is 1/3 of the drink empty?) The other Lunds staff is great but because of this one barista, I would rather go to the other Caribou in town.

Before I said anything, Suzanne already knew the order. Not my drink… Not a guess… The exact order, exactly how she likes it. That kind of awareness and attention to detail is rare. I was genuinely impressed. Suzanne made the experience personal, smooth, and memorable. She absolutely deserves recognition.
