On Saturday, December 20 at around 6:28 PM, I called to order pizza for my child’s birthday and was treated very rudely by an employee who told me to stop calling. I ordered a Handmade Pan, Chicken, Pineapple, Jalapeno Peppers and Spinach on one side, Sausage and Pepperoni on the other. Unfortunately for me that I didn't read the receipt (I usually do!) and realized once I got home and my girlfriend pointed out that the crust was thin, not pan and no spinach. I called the location and told the person who answered told me that he remembers taking my order and that was it. My girlfriend definitely wasn't satisfied with that answer as was I. The response I gave was that I wanted to tell you that the order was made wrong. So, the customer service wasn't the greatest and I didn't get what was ordered. If I go to Dominos again, it won't be that location....... Hello Domino's Owner, I appreciate your response. My apologies for the delay in responding. Regarding the response, I didn't see a place for the information listed below for you to gather more details about my order. I'm not even sure if I still have the receipt. Perhaps you can provide a place where I can answer what you are seeking from me. If not, I'll follow through on not going to Domino's Pizza ever again. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
