The sub was cold but toasted even though I never asked for it to be toasted, and it was dry, burnt, and overly crumbly. It also had red onions on it that I did not request. The cheesecake cookies were extremely hard and stale, and the 20oz bottled Mountain Dew was flat and close to its expiration date. Everything I received tasted old, like it had been sitting out for quite a while. The food quality was unacceptable and definitely not the standard I expect from Subway.
