  They have decent customer service but very poor attention to detail. They usually get the main idea of your order right but any customizations or extra items such as apple slices, jelly packets, condiments etc, they're almost guaranteed to forget. I'm not talking about the ones that come with your meal I'm talking about if you order condiments a la carte. Then if you doordash it you are left screwed over because they will not do anything but give you a very small refund, when all you really wanted was your condiment so you can enjoy the meal the way that you wanted to. Being that they ruined the experience they should honestly refund the entire order, because I imagined my meal going a certain way, and I'm a very verbatim and specific person. Now I'm mad and I'm just eating the food begrudgingly, because there's nothing I can do to properly rectify the situation. Somebody has to take the loss for this and it shouldn't be me. This is a consistent thing that's been happening for a while now.

  Service was fast but our double cheeseburger looked like someone had stepped on it before serving it..it was completely flattened! It included one pickle, the smallest amount of ketchup one could possibly imagine (if the bun didn’t have a red tint to it I would not have even known there was ketchup on there) and a sprinkle of maybe 5 onion dices, and that is being generous. Who manages the quality in these restaurants? I get it’s fast food, but it now costs the same as a sit down so you would assume these branches would take SOME pride in what they serve people.

  The 2 for $6 filet o fish is a mini version of what that sandwich used to be. Still tastes great. The drive thru was busy but they kept the lines moving which made the stop quick and easy.

  They charge a soda price for a water cup.. McDonald's can fly a kite. Who charges for a water. Nasty food anyways. Deleting app franchise owner must be the same kind of clown the CEO of mcds is. I don't want a soda with my food I would like a water vs soda. Do t charge me 2$ for a water. Charge me maybe for the the cup and a upfee.. greed!!!

  Fries are fresh only when they are busy during lunch, customer service is horribleeee need to be more diverse and found a piece of plastic in my breakfast sandwich never been back since! Fridley location by Krispy Kreme is better always have fresh fries.
