  Ordered a pickup, picked up and left. Went eat, had NO spinach on at all even tho ordered with EXTRA spinach! None at all! Also ordered WITHOUT mayo, only honey mustard. Got both! Wrote to subway was told I would be contacted by owner. Heard nothing.

  I visited this Subway on Tuesday around 1:30–2:00 PM. There were three employees working: a young man with medium-length brown hair, a shorter older woman with short grayish-brown hair, and another older blonde woman. The young man appeared to be newer. Despite that, he handled himself professionally and did absolutely nothing wrong with my order. However, the shorter older woman was openly and audibly disrespectful toward him over extremely minor issues. A customer ahead of me received an extra scoop of tuna. It was clearly an honest mistake. Her reaction was disproportionate and unnecessarily harsh. She then reprimanded him again over something small involving protein bowls. It was uncomfortable to witness. When my sandwich was passed to her for vegetables, she immediately asked, “What sauces?” I calmly responded that I would like to add vegetables first, as is standard practice at virtually every Subway location I’ve visited. She snapped back, “No, that’s not how it’s done. What sauce?” At that point, I looked at her, clearly taken aback by the tone, and said, “Lettuce and tomato…” and continued with my vegetable choices. She followed through with it — as she should — because that is the standard process at Subway. There was no reason for the pushback or the attitude in the first place. It’s my sandwich. Subway has built its brand on customization. Telling a customer how their sandwich must be assembled, especially in a rude manner, defeats the entire concept. The food itself was fine. The service was not. Watching a young employee be publicly criticized over trivial matters, followed by being spoken to dismissively as a customer, left a bad impression. If management reviews this, I strongly encourage a conversation about professionalism and workplace respect. Customers notice. So do younger employees who are just starting out. Leadership is reflected in behavior on the floor. Unacceptable.
