  most employees are rude, rarely youll get nice ones. food is never right. theres a 20% chance the fries are actually good and they are half filled anyways. better going somewhere else

  Terrible customer service. I was charged for two Holiday Pies that weren't in my bag, and when I went back the next day to get them, the staff refused to help because I hadn't called sooner. This location also never seems to have the promotional menu items in stock, they are always 'out of supplies.' Save your time and go to a different location.

  This is the McDonald's that is in Morris Mn I sat in line for almost 10 minutes before I got to the menu board to order. When I got to the menu board I was told that they were overwhelmed with orders at that time and that they would be with me shortly. I was cool with that I know how busy a place like this can get.. But I then proceeded to wait and my Girlfriend is very diabetic and needed something immediately to help with a low blood sugar. Well guess what I continued to wait at the menu board for a additional 27 min. Finally I got service I ordered three large meals with no salt on my frys and when I got my food each fry box was filled less then half I looked in the bottom of the bag thinking that the just fell out . NOPE just was not given them. They marked our sodas I got a diet one for my gf and it was marked diet and the other 2 were the same but the one marked diet was actually a Dr. Pepper. Lucky she was already dropping with blood sugar issues from waiting so long that it did not cause a severe situation that could have lead to some bad consequences. I will not be going back to this store for awhile because you can definitely tell that the staff just doesn't care and are only there for a paycheck. we all get to that point in life sometimes but have to remember that others could be depending on us to make them smile, or if they had a bad day just to make them feel like what they have accomplished in a day was with while. Or could even turn into a medical situation like ours did but the was absolutely no care from the staff

  Joel is the friendliest happiest person I’ve seen work there, he makes every time coming to this Mcds the best! 🫶 On another note, i came here at night for an order, which they forgot half my order, I also saw one of the male employees take a fry from the fry container and just eat it. No he was not wearing gloves either. They don’t wear gloves or hairnets. How gross. And unprofessional. When I got my order half made they didn’t care and of course never care to put napkins in any bags. Just poor service from the evening/night crew. They claim that they’re understaffed but that’s not the case. Just a bunch of employees standing around chit chatting it up and getting orders wrong. If you want your order made correctly at this location, go during the day where the day crew are all busy working and get your order correct
