    I am a former employee at this location and I'm not being bias. Ive heard multiple things about this location and it's gotten worse since I worked there. Most of the time the food was undercooked when I went there as a customer after I was an employee. The last time I went there (a couple months ago) I ordered a #11 no mustard add Mayo and bacon and I got a double regular cheeseburger instead of a single cheeseburger how I had ordered it (the double had ketchup mustard and pickle. I'm fine with pickle I just don't like the taste or texture of mustard). Very disappointed in somewhere I used to call my job.

    To Whom it may concern: My experience today September 16th for my lunch break was horrible, so whoever was working at 1130 was very rude taking my order. I asked for a mr. Misty freeze and kindly asked if you had them, and she said well yea!! What size!!! I said a medium and my flavor, then she said rudely the price and pull around. When I got to the window she opens the window grabs my card and i pay she whips out my card and receipt to me, and I said Thank you and she slams the window. I work in customer service and believe me if I treated customers the way she did I wouldn't have a job. Also, the way I was treated made me take a left turn and went over the curb with my car in hopes of not damaging anything because of her shitty attitude!! I know people have bad days, but dont take it out on the customer's, or you won't have any at all!! Thank you

    Food was ok. I asked for a 4 piece, and they charged me for a 6 piece. The strips were also very small. Ice cream was good though.
