I door dashed my order and it took McDonald’s a very long time to get my order ready. My burger was wrapped very poorly, my large frappe had such a small amount of whipped cream and barely any caramel sauce. They also forgot to put a straw in my bag which luckily I had some at home. Very disappointed

Then she says "sorry, I was helping someone else." So, wouldn't it be the right thing to have me wait instead of taking my order and proceeding to not even listen or take it? Then, I get my food and no greeting, no have a nice day, just silence. Completely rude experience all the way around.
