    Workers do not understand english. had to repeat myself multiple times and raise my voice for the man behind the register to understand what a cheeseburger was. workers are not competent, and often get orders wrong.

    Asked for a plain burger asked if it was out as plane burger came with sauce and it took about 15 minutes after we had said we were ready for them to ask us what we wanted

    Must be under new ownership, seems to be a family running it now. Terrible customer service and the older lady in the drive through was rude, demeaning, and pushy. I ordered a Sundae with extra topping and was given 1 pump of each topping on the side of the cup. As if they are trying to save money but have no problem charging customers for extra. I asked her to remake it and she began arguing saying that’s how Sundaes are made with toppings on the side not over the ice cream. By the time I got my Sundae it was soup. They also didn’t seem to understand how to use a debit card as it took 4 people to take my payment. Will not be coming back here.
