I said I wanted how it's recommended. And then I guess it was too hard for her it's too comprehended. So she went to grab another worker who has been there longer than her. Just so she could understand that I want it as recommended. And I, uh, I'm posting 2 pictures along with this. The messy one is the 1 that the Hispanic chick did wasn't even cut all the way through, like you're supposed to and just a complete mess, something that I would not even give to a stray dog, i was there around 6pm and there was no reason for all of her anger just because I asked for the sandwich to be made as recommended. She didn't know anything about the sandwich. I get it was a new sandwich, but that's why you learn as you go. I've worked in the food industry for a damn near 15 plus years. And how she acted was completely unprofessional, and just rude. If I was the manager or owner at that establishment, I would have let her go on the spots, but then again. But the food industry isn't how it used to be. They take the lowest, just because of the employment rate so down. And picture #2 was made by other person, and the hispanic chick. Did not apologize for messing up My sandwich didn't say sorry, didn't even acknowledge that she did anything wrong. She just sat there whistling to herself. It's like she had 0 professionalism And no common sense was acting like she was not in the wrong for anything that she did, even though she was the one that made the sandwich in the first picture.. and it all started because she knew thing about the new subs..
