Every order for us has been awful for various reasons. Last Friday we tried one last time for a pickup order. There were 12 people waiting in the lobby to pickup orders long past their ready times and not a single employee would come up front and help customers. One customer finally had enough of staring at their pizza ready on the rack for 20 minutes and asked for a manager. The employee responded with “We don’t have one.” Halloween is just around the corner…. If you want to experience a real haunted building, be sure to stop by this store and watch their zombies for employees shuffle around aimlessly in the back.

I ordered well in advance putting my delivery time for about the time my family would be getting home. We got home, I check my order status and it said "making" so I tried calling the store several times and I never got an answer. Around 7pm my family decided to just go to another restaurant to eat (we have 2 toddlers, who don't understand having to wait and I'm pregnant, so needless to say we were hangry) We were able to go to another restaurant, eat our food, get home, and we still didn't have our pizzas. They did not arrive until 7:40pm. All the delivery driver said was "sorry for the delay" I will not be ordering from here again seeing as I'm not the only person with this problem and it wasn't a one off problem.
