  Will not go to this location again. Ordered at 6pm through mobile app. Order said to be ready at 6:32pm I drove 30 miles to pick up order by 6:30. I sat there till 7:30 waiting for order. Several people coming and going. Order was continuously pushed back they would say "oh your pizza is done they're just waiting on the chicken" then it was they're just waiting on the sandwiches. We ended up cancelling the order and going to the other Moorhead location. Planning the same order and it was about complete by the time we arrived with about a 10 minute wait. There was more then enough employees just looking busy moving dishes around etc at this location. Only 3 people working at other location and it took them 20-30minutes to do the job of the 6-7 at this location couldn't complete

  Hey, it's Dominoes but for a chain restaurant this franchisee serves up hot food w/pretty good service consistently. I've got to appreciate that. The reason for the four, instead of five, stars for the food is the scarcity of toppings on the pizzas. Dominoes would achieve a more frequent customer if they added to the amount of toppings on their pizzas. An example: I once ordered a large Hawaiian thin crust pizza that had only 16 pineapple pieces scattered thinly around the pizza.

  We like their thin crusts and stuffed cheesy bread. Ordered this afternoon 1/21/26 about 1:10pm. While I always like this locations food, it was exceptionally good today! It was REALLY GOOD!! I do prefer this location. It’s very consistent !

  Took an hour for our order to be delivered and they ended up bringing the wrong order. Took another hour and a half for them to remake the order and deliver it. Not at all impressed

  i ordered on the app. my pizza was missing toppings. i made a claim on the app and it offered a free medium two topping pizza as a solution to my issue of an incorrect large pizza with 4 toppings. so i called the store and was pleasantly surprised to say the least. i had the pleasure to speak with the assistant manager in training named William. it was only his 5th day on the job and he was amazing. by far the best customer service i’ve ever experienced, especially with domino’s. i explained my frustration about the lack of compensation and he immediately agreed that it wasn’t right. he did not argue or blow me off, he shared my frustrations and wanted to make it right. he put me on a brief hold to discuss with his manager claude and let me know they would have the correct pizza here as soon as they possibly could and he would make it himself to ensure it was correct. top tier customer service! i was highly impressed and i hope he gets the recognition he deserves! thank you for being an awesome person william!! just wanted to add an update here as i feel claude the store manager also deserves a huge shout out as well!! i was told 20-25 minutes for my corrected pizza to arrive. i called an hour and 15 minutes later to follow up. an employee answered and told me they were busy and its gonna be at least another 30 minutes probably longer. i asked if they could just refund it instead, at this point i was frustrated and hangry. he said i can’t give you a refund but i can give you a coupon for next time. i told him i wasn’t okay with that and asked to talk to william again or another manager. claude picked up the call and was absolutely wonderful. i explained why i was upset and he agreed with my frustration that a coupon was absolutely not okay. he also said “i see it sitting in the warmer right now. i don’t know why it is still here but i will definitely be addressing that with my driver. i am very sorry.” i only wanted a refund for the pizza but he wet the extra mile and refunded my entire order of over $45 and apologized multiple times. he is the prime example of good customer service and a manager setting a good example. even though the situation sucked i was very pleased with the way i was treated by claude and william, amazing customer service gentlemen! domino’s you are lucky to have such great employees, especially now days, and i hope you recognize that and reward them for their efforts. thank you again claude and william!
