  I do like the drinks here, and I appreciate how many syrups they have and how many coffeeless options they have. However, the drive thru set up is a mess, especially for people who have never been there before. My first time going, I accidentally budged in front of about 15 people because I had no idea there was a big gap in the line to make room for the bank’s parking. There are cones meant to guide people where to go, but it honestly just looks like a cluttered mess of cones. The drive thru set up alone makes me not want to come back.

  No posted menus is a killer for newbies, makes it very hard for me to understand what my options are. I asked for just coffee (no syrups or milk or anything) and had the seven specials rattled off, which to me implied just coffee isn't an option. The drink I got was perfectly fine but not what I was looking for coming in and the entire ordering process is awkward and off-putting (this is a process issue, not a personnel issue). Asking immediately for a phone number that only serves for marketing (as far as I can tell) is also off-putting.

  Very quick service by people coming out with tablets to your car when you're in line. But: There were no menus or even qr codes for accessing a menu. How are you supposed to be able to order if you don't know what they have? And there's no prices with no menu to see? Both drinks we got just taste like sugar. My raspberry lemonade is literally just sugar and ice. I won't go back.

  First off the left lane was going much faster than the right lane. I watched cars come and go (at least 5 that weren't in line or ordered before me) as they got their orders and left. When u was finally the second car in my lane the girl starts walking toward me wirh a drink that didn't look anything like what I ordered and said here is your candy cane mocha. Looked nothing like the picture. It did have the peppermint flavor in it but if you are advertising it with whipped cream and what appears to be candy cane flakes ok it then that's what a customer expects to get, especially for the price you pay for their drinks.
