It is not safe there needs to be temperature regulations. It makes me uncomfortable to think they have to work in the cold.

I have encountered him 3 times and he leaves a memorable impression each time. Freaks out to the point you think he is going to cry when he sees the line growing. Loudly states his hatred of working line...forget about asking for straws....
