  Everything about this place is wonderful. So many options to choose from and having all of the sugar-free options makes everyone feel included. But most of all it is the staff that makes this place the phenomenal spot to stop and quench your thirst with the perfect fruity drink or delicious luxurious coffees. I'm addicted and I'm here everyday!!

  The good: The drinks can be really good and they have a lot of SF options. The not so good: Rarely do you get what you order. Today I ordered 4 drinks: 3 M and 1 L. I asked about the L? She said it was. Ive been there a lot & it was the same size as the other. She took it back, then I got the large hot drink I ordered... Not really; they just poured the M into a L cup. See photo. I know everyone makes mistakes, but it's not an isolated incident. I enjoy their drinks, so I keep trying, but I do miss the vibe & service the first months they were open.

  Location was not very busy and lines were even and workers were not coming to the line I was in the take orders. After about 5-10 minutes a worker finally took the order for the car infront of me then proceeded to look right at me and walk to the other line and help cars that were well behind me. My line never moved. Luckily I was able to get out of the line without ordering/paying. Their drinks are never consistent. I won’t be driving across town anymore. Some communication from the workers would be nice, I would understand if someone had a larger order, but don’t completely ignore your customers.

  I normally frequent the Grand Forks location and today I was in Moorhead so I went to their location. There was a lot of cars in both lines which is to be expected however there was only 1 girl out taking orders and the line I was in had no one taking orders. When I shouted to get the girls attention that our line was moving and there were 5 cars ahead of me with no orders taken. She went to get help. Once the 2nd girl came out she went to all the vehicles behind me and not the 5 cars in front of me. It was disorganized and another employee came out and tried to help get everything back on track. I wasnt impressed. At least when I finally had my order taken the girl was nice but I felt bad for her. Now we sit and wait longer because everyone's orders behind us are being made instead of the 5 cars in front of me and mine.

  Very friendly workers. For my first time there, I got a banana bread mocha, and it was delish. However, I went there a second time and ordered a banana bread latte on accident.. ofc me being slow I didn’t differentiate latte and mocha. I tasted the latte thinking it was a mocha and they remade it for me even, turns out I was the silly one who apparently has early signs of dementia and couldn’t recall that I had ordered a mocha yesterday. Not a latte. No wonder it didn’t taste the same. Mind you when I got the remake it tasted the same as the first, because it wasn’t the employees fault. Just mine.. I just didn’t know what I ordered the day prior. The service is so sweet though!
