  What is going on with this location? My husband and I went through the drive thru and ordered two bagels with no cream cheese. We sat at the drive thru window for 8 minutes waiting (this was a non-busy time for them). There were 6+ employees inside that appeared to be working at a fast pace and putting together every order except for ours. One of our bagels was a cinnamon crunch bagel. When we got it there was hardly any cinnamon on it (normally it’s covered in a nice thick layer of crunchy cinnamon topping) I’ve never had a good, fast experience at this location

  Super impressed for a quick lunch stop during my 8hr drive home. Greeted by a smile from a friendly employee when I entered. Quick bathroom stop in a clean single restroom. Not a fan of self kiosk ordering but very easy and quick option. You can also order from an employee if preferred. 1/2 soup and 1/2 sandwich were delicious and perfect temp. After a relaxing lunch break, I'm refueled and ready for the second half of my journey. Glad I stopped here!

  Staff were nice. My family ordered our meal, place was not busy at all, had to go back in once for something missing in my bag. Then noticed when we had left that two other items were missing as well. Not a complicated order at all.

  Ordered on the app for drive thru pick up. My order was ready a couple minutes before I got there so pick up was a breeze. I really appreciated that they wrapped each half of my sandwich separately. That really helped cut down on the mess and if I hadn't beem really hungry, I could have saved half easily.

  On January 31st we placed a carryout order with the Monticello Panera. They did not include the bread bowl that I verified a second time at the counter, after initial online order was placed, but they also included chicken in a veggie sandwich. Terrible order execution. I received an email from Panera regarding my experience. I pointed out the above order execution issues and immediately received a message from Anika Tlatenchi Assistant General Manager. She apologized for the errors made by the Monticello location and asked for my address to send two vouchers for free You Pick Two entrees on a subsequent visit. Great initial response, but again there was an issue with execution . She sent me two EXPIRED You Pick Two entree coupons. I have still not heard back from Anika after sending a follow up email about the EXPIRED You Pick Two entrees vouchers on February 21st.
