They kept the dessert area filled, which is a daunting task. The salad bar was filled well. I head some coleslaw, beets, and cottage cheese with my dinner and it was all cold and delicious. We topped off the night with a little ice cream. Then of course my granddaughter needed one more slice of cheese pizza. They even checked out the game area. It was a good experience! I would definitely visit this location again.

The seasonal salad could have been a little fresher, but was not an issue due to the speedy pizza making. The employees were grateful for the tips and positive feedback.

- KHKim HarkinsNov 14, 20251.0We have been to this location multiple times mostly have positive experiences. However we recently went there to celebrate our grandchild’s birthday. The party group had grown and our DIL had reserved for 30-35 seatings. When we arrived they put us in a small room to wait for the room to open as it was occupied. I felt bad that the other group was rushed when no other room was in use. When we got into the room, it showed max capacity of 30 so we asked about using another room and were told that we couldn’t. We even offered to pay. Obviously with the volume they get, customer service is lost. We were told there was no other manager to talk to but when we mentioned capacity concerns, another manager showed up and accused us of being threatening to the entire room. So Instead they packed our group into a room with 26 adults and 8 kids. No other room was being used. It was so hot in the room that nobody ate much and I was worried about grandparents passing out. It would’ve been such a simple solution to just move us to a bigger and empty room. PR staff could’ve moved around easily and cleared plates and we would’ve helped clean up. Instead it was a miserable experience and will not be coming back any time soon.
