- EAElijah Andrews (eli andrews)Nov 8, 20254.0i ABSOLUTELY LOVE dairy queen!!! especially their ice cream!!! but, there’s been some experiences i had here that weren’t great. me and my sister went here not too long ago and the doors were locked even though the hours said that they were still open. so i called them and they said we had to go through the drive through. and me and my sister rode our mini bikes here by the way so we were a little upset because it was cold outside and we wanted to eat inside. so we just went through the drive through. but other than that, at least i got to enjoy some delicious ice cream! *i picked the option “take out” because we couldn’t dine in the time me and my sister had the situation.*

There was also a band concert tonight in monticello, and everyone was coming here.And when we walked in at a quarter to 9, every chair was up, but the lobby was supposed to be open. As I have been sitting in the parking lot writing this review 4 potential customers have left due to the inconvenience of the lobby being closed when it should not be.
