  Leaving 5 stars so people see this. I’m so sick of this place jewing me out of my protein. Why are you portion sizing my rice? It’s free. I wanted chicken and they gave MAYBE half a scoop. Then I asked for double and he litterally put nothing in there and I got charged $4.65 for it. This place is so awful. Everyone hates their jobs, and they all suck at it.

  Horrible management and service, people will be working doing things like prep and ignore you standing there while they clean or prep to close every single time and they don’t prioritize in store customers. Not only that, it’s filthy. Yay

  Food is amazing here in the bowls are always packed super full! Service through the pickup lane always seems slow.

  (RUDE MANAGER AND STAFF/THE WORST CHIPOTLE STORE HANDS DOWN/DISRESPECTED MILITARY MEMBER) I'm still fuming about my experience at Chipotle. I walked in, wasn't greeted, (THAT FINE) but waited over 5 minutes to be service, while I watch the server restock the food (THAT FINE). When the manager made eye contact with me, she was like "WHAT? what? Like the hell" at me and the girl that was restocking the food asked what happened. When I confronted her about her behavior, she said she "don't care" and walked off. When I mentioned how unacceptable her treatment was, especially since people like me serve this country, a white girl with a spectrum ring came out and started attacking me. Then asked what happen and when I explained her, her excuse was "The girl had a long day"?! Okay so that’s how you talk to customers? Or just the black ones? Let me be clear: there's no excuse for treating customers, especially Black and brown people, with disrespect. I serve in the USAF, and this kind of behavior is disgusting.THE ENTIRE STORE NEEDS RETRAINING! With the high number of one stars reviews on this restaurant shows a failure in leadership! Because is clear they let any and anybody be manager these day, especially the ones without basic respect! Your lack of customer service skills and basic manners is appalling. Just know hate you put out in the world will come back to you, MS MANAGER.
