- JHJayson Hertzog1 day ago1.0When I first got there I went to my seat right away and ordered my food then when I got my food it was very cold then my waiter never came back and when I was done with my food it took her another hour to finally gave me my bill and it was very slow I would not recommend coming here anymore and she has walked by and not said anything

I had to call back when I did a very rude employee answered and was very short and completely unprofessional. I was charged more than typical for the same thing we get everytime. The food was off to say the least… the fries were hard and dry like they were very old. The wings didn’t have much sauce on them and were overcooked or old as well. This experience has never happened to me in the past 10 years we’ve been coming to Monticello BWW.
