  I had a pretty concerning experience at this Dairy Queen. I went through the drive-thru expecting a normal visit, but what I saw was surprising. From what I could tell, there was only one employee working, and they looked no older than 16 or 17. They were handling everything on their own taking orders, preparing food, and working the window. What stood out the most was that I didn’t see a single other staff member anywhere in the store. It didn’t seem right or well-managed to have just one young employee running the entire place alone. To be fair, the employee was doing their best and actually got the order out pretty quickly, which I appreciated. But this really seems like a management issue no one should be left to run the entire place by themselves like that.

  Apparently having multiple people order ice cream at 8:40ish pm is too much. They mix up orders, have no clue what they made when they handed them out. Then still forget three items. We were reasonably happy when walked in but staff didn’t seem too attentive to serve or remember what was being made.

  they were all high and weren’t inviting and very passive aggressive and took forever to get my ice cream and told me the machine was broken a half of a hour later!! not okay……

  Took forever to get my ice cream! 10 other people got there food before mine. They tell me 20 minutes after I ordered that the slushy machine was broken. Very disappointed.

  I’ve never been to a DQ with worse service. Ordered two chicken strip baskets for the kids and it took over 30 minutes to get our food…they ended up forgetting about us. I had to go in after waiting over 20 minutes outside. Two guys were working. One even had time for a smoke break while we were still waiting.
