I had to call back when I did a very rude employee answered and was very short and completely unprofessional. I was charged more than typical for the same thing we get everytime. The food was off to say the least… the fries were hard and dry like they were very old. The wings didn’t have much sauce on them and were overcooked or old as well. This experience has never happened to me in the past 10 years we’ve been coming to Monticello BWW.
