  I had a very disappointing experience at Wendy’s on March 14 at 3:21 PM. I originally went through the drive-through to pick up my order, but the car in front of me was taking an extremely long time. My daughter had a volleyball tournament downtown and I only had about 20 minutes to grab my food and get there to watch her play, so time was very tight. Since the drive-through line wasn’t moving, I decided to drive around, park, and quickly go inside to pick up my order instead. When I went inside, one employee started to take my order and I explained that I had already been in the drive-through but was in a rush because I needed to get to my daughter’s volleyball tournament. At that point, another employee came around the corner from the drive-through area and immediately seemed annoyed. He told me that next time I need to stay in the drive-through and not get out of line. I explained to him that I was in a rush to get to my daughter’s tournament and that I had already paid for my order, so I didn’t understand why he was getting upset with me for simply coming inside instead of waiting in the drive-through line. The whole interaction felt unnecessary and unprofessional. I was a paying customer just trying to get my food quickly so I could make it to my daughter’s game. There was no reason to scold me or treat me like I was doing something wrong. The customer service was extremely poor, and the interaction left a very bad impression. Because of how I was treated, I would not return to this location again.

  Nobody here speaks any English at all. Like zero English. In the USA. I had to leave they didn't understand what I was telling them. Lol. Kinda funny actually but I just left

  Food was tasty, took about 10 extra minutes to get my sandwich out after the fries. Overall good experience.

  We drove through Wendy's in Minnetonka. My daughter got the Biggie bag special and I got the junior cheeseburger that had lettuce, tomato and onion besides ketchup. Our food was nice and hot and everything tasted delicious.
