  Tried to come during my lunch break, sign was on the door saying they’d be back (20 mins ago), hour later no one at the door. Try not to come during lunch, they may or may not be there(not the first time tbh). Otherwise the place is decent.

  This is step one of my complaint and after scrolling for reviews and seeing that this isn't the first time this has happened I will absolutely be taking this higher. Tonight me and another family stopped for dinner at this local subway seeing that it closed at 8:30 we figured we had plenty of time showing up around 7:44pm. There was only one worker there and the lobby looked like it had already been mopped and cleaned. We made our orders all the while the worker was short and curt, mumbling under his breath the whole time and began raising his voice in frustration when one of our group was ordering. When I went to pay I told him he didn't need to put our drinks in the bag as we would be dining in. His response was "No you can't eat here we close in a few minutes." It was 7:54pm I very directly told him his website says they close at 8:30 to which he responded it was an emergency and he had those lights out on us before we even finished filling out drink cups. We ended up eating in the parking lot with our group and with the open sign off he stayed in the store and remained there until finally making his way out around 8:30. If this were truly an emergency and you had any ounce of customer service experience you would have notified us as soon as we walked in that you were closing early for an emergency and would be happy to take our order for takeout only. Seeing comments this is not the first time this has happened. Be honest with your customers so they can make the choice to go somewhere else which is exactly what we would have done.

  This is the best Subway I've been to in a very long time. The sandwich is outstanding (chipotle philly steak), the service was very fast and personal, and it was a clean dining area.

  12-11-2025 was my last time visiting this Subway store. Reason for below 5 star: the store look a bit grungy even with table and chairs in order/the veggies in display looked wholly and unappitising. Staff behind counter was polite and on top of things. Ive eaten at this store more than 20 times the last 10 plus years and always a good experience.

  I placed online order. They forget about the coke cola can and chips. I guess, they don't double check the order, before door dash arrives to pickup the order. Don't think of calling them either. Cause this Subway, doesn't answer the phone.
