  waited 30+ min for delivery. outsourced to a third party app. no way to track my food. was told at 3 it was out for delivery, then when I called at 3:35 it was allegedly just picked up. so, did the staff hit the “it’s on its way” too soon, or where is the problem here? no delivery by 3:38 PM. don’t bother ordering for delivery if you want it in a timely manner, or not to be outsourced to third party apps who are infamous for their poor delivery services edit: and now about an hour later, my sandwich smells like heavy perfume. lovely.

  This Chanhassen Jimmy John's does a great job! I often swing by for lunch and they are fast, efficient and friendly. A+++

  I will never go to this location again. Came in for my pick up order. Guy says, “it’s over here. You can come get it here” he sets it down in front of him across the restaurant away from the pick up area. Doesn’t put in a bag, doesn’t include the napkins I asked for. Super rude piece of garbage working there.
