  They charged me twice because one person was multi tasking doing both sandwiches and ringing up. I told the lady, it had already went through and it said approved, and she replied, I needed to be swiped again because it didn't go through. CC showed 2 transactions and posted. Never going here again.

  To the owner of this branch, Your employees don’t care about anything. They simply don’t pay attention to customers and keep talking among themselves about their personal lives. Visited on February 21 around 12:30 PM.

  I order the same sandwich using the online ordering. I specify NO LETTUCE in the instructions, not to mention this specific sandwich does not come with lettuce. Yet for the past 5 orders lettuce has been added. My previous order to today they manager kindly offered to remake the sandwich. When I called back today, the female manager wouldn't let me speak. She also stated I was being rude when I tried to explain this keeps happening. Very disappointed in the customer service!
