  My daughter and I are here at 2:30 pm - the food is great actually. Just want to let the owner know I am witnessing the female manager yell at her male staff member loudly- it is unprofessional and I feel bad for him. She needs some coaching on kindness- she may be having a hard day but it isn’t okay to treat coworkers that way. I’m sure you wouldn’t want your employees treated this way. Update- Thanks to the owner for supporting his employees and for the yummy ice cream.

  Cynthia was very sweet and let me sit down to have my lunch and then got me some milkshakes for me and the girls at work today. Very good energy and happy to see genuine people!

  I stopped by after my workout craving some Häagen-Dazs and got there a few minutes after closing. One of the workers actually ran after me and still offered to make me something — seriously made my day! The ice cream was amazing as always, but their kindness and customer service were even better. Huge thank you to the team! 🍦💛
