I hate to write such a bad review but I had to for this.
I pre-ordered the day of the Superbowl hours in advance. I ordered 40 wings 3 blue cheese, 1 ranch 1 honey mustard. It was imperative that I got the blue cheese as its a favorite. I ended up with 2 ranch 1 honey mustard and one of the 10 peice box of wings I got were really small. Granted I should have checked the order but it was cold outside and I wanted to get home. Also when I did come in I said my name and exactly what I ordered. The lady demanded I show receipt, which is fine so I show my phone app which literally has my order, order number and TOTAL! She didnt want to hand it out, and wanted my email receipt. I could have looked but why wasn't that enough?
Ok so I call that day and tell them about the mistake, I spoke with a nice lady who told me they would help me remake the order when I visit next. They were busy since it was the superbowl so she told me to call back the next day. I understand so I do just that.
I call 2 days from then, the minute they open. I explain how I spoke with them the day of the superbowl about my order. They inform me they will have my food ready at 5:00.
I come in a little late. 5:20, food was not done, lady same one who check my first order asked my name. I said my name and that I called in for my order that was suppose to be done at 5. We waiting for a bit, I stand about 10 mins in and ask how long for my order, she says it will be out soon. I sit back down, another 20 mins pass and the cook asked us what we order I told him. They have not started my order!! Unreal, the cook at least apologized and started it right away. We finally out around 6:10, again no blue cheese, wondering if they actually have any. I was so mad at that point I just left. Also people were just saying their names and they were given their food. No recipes checked! Why was there a difference for me?
1. They need to have a system to address and calls they can't help in the moment, take their names, phone number and what was wrong. That is like fast food 101. Would have solved many issues, as apparently the 2 times I called no one had a clue who I was...
2. People working the front need to be more aware of people sitting. Ask them what are they waiting on.
3. Double check the sauces, I know it gets busy but the menu is small, can't be that hard to mess up!
The food was good though, besides the one box of smaller chicken, I was not disappointed in it. The cook was very friendly to me at least, but it wasn't enough to save a star, if I could give less than 1, I would.
I would be open to coming back but I need to see massive improvement.
