I arrived at 5 p.m. I'd guessed I was taking a chance. I gambled, and lost. I've seen the mixed reviews, but chanced to judge for myself as I'm fond of Dave's Hot Chicken (Mtka) and of Hangry Joe's (Edina). Stopped in at Tobasi Stop last week for the same. Walked in, noticed the poor upkeep (even though I noticed the same from outside), and immediately turned around and continued my commute home from work. I now know why we're unable to order ahead from online in metro MN. Disappointing. Too much so.
