  To the owner of this branch, Your employees don’t care about anything. They simply don’t pay attention to customers and keep talking among themselves about their personal lives. Visited on February 21 around 12:30 PM.

  I order the same sandwich using the online ordering. I specify NO LETTUCE in the instructions, not to mention this specific sandwich does not come with lettuce. Yet for the past 5 orders lettuce has been added. My previous order to today they manager kindly offered to remake the sandwich. When I called back today, the female manager wouldn't let me speak. She also stated I was being rude when I tried to explain this keeps happening. Very disappointed in the customer service!

  I had a very strange experience at this location on Wednesday, January 28, 2026. I ordered the largest size of sandwich, and when the gentleman making my sandwich asked if I wanted it cut in half, I ask if he could cut it in thirds. The female employee very aggressively said that that was against policy and that they could only cut it in half. The male employee said that was not true, and he would be happy to cut it in thirds. The person behind me in line also mentioned that that was a ridiculous thing, and eventually the female employee said that they would do it this time but it was somehow some incredibly important policy they had to follow. Really? There was not a line nor did it seem like there were many online orders coming in (this was about 3:30 PM), so it was not like this would take an enormous amount of time at a very busy period in the day.

  Deceptive business practices. When you order, they'll pretend to clarify the toppings on your sandwich. However, what they're really doing is getting you to agree to add toppings that have additional costs, but without telling you about said costs. That's a real scummy move.

  I've been charged twice several times from this store, and today I was hung up on and told over the phone to have a nice day talk to GM in the morning. I was charged $17 70 from my bank account twice.
