She didn’t give me a refund when I told her I ordered 1 mango drink not 3. Instead, she just stood there and read the recipe back to me as if I’m wrong and the recipe is correct. Could’ve returned the extra two but she didn’t want to. She also made my matcha drink incorrectly. When I mentioned that something might be missing in the drink because it looks off, she said, “No? It’s always been made like that.” This was the second time she’s made it wrong for me, so I wanted to bring something up but was met with push back. I’ve had this drink multiple times, so I know what it’s suppose to look and taste like (blended, thick, somewhat sweet). What she gave me was watery, bitter, and trash.
