  They need to hire more people or something the screen wasn’t working properly so I cannot place an order and I was just standing there for a good 25 minutes people just walking back-and-forth until someone decided to come and take my order

  Why a 1 Star review .. Disappointing Lack of Customer Service I came in to give this place a try and place a fairly large order, 6 coffees and about 36 donuts for my new company’s office. plus was going to try a breakfest sandwich When it was my turn after waiting for a lady and her children, the employee didn’t greet me or ask what I needed. Instead, he immediately said, “I NEED YOU TO USE THE TOUCH SCREEN.” That might be fine for someone grabbing one item, but they had a limited amount of product available and I specifically wanted to talk to a person, you know… customer service. I asked if he could take my order and he looked at me like he didn’t understand why I would even ask. So I said, “Okay, I’ll leave then,” and I walked out. What happened to personal touch? If you can’t take a customer’s order face-to-face, especially a large order, then you’re not providing service, you’re just pushing people through. And here’s the part that really hurts your business: I live two blocks away. You didn’t just lose this order, you lost future business and word-of-mouth recommendations in the area. People clearly don’t matter anymore. It’s just about efficiency over service. No wonder why they are at a 3.5 Google review after less than 8 months in business. You should read this and learn from 1 persons exsperiance.

  Stopped in today to grab breakfast. Our order was wrong completely and then when my wife went inside to get it fixed the gals behind the counter were rolling their eyes and eating behind the counter. Which is an health department issue. The last time we were here the same girls were more concerned with their false eyelashes tan customer service. Restroom was unacceptable for anyone.

  Ordered 2 Jelly Donuts and a box of 25 glazed munchkins. Received a torn paper bag with 2 jelly donuts on the bottom and about 20 munchkins thrown on top. Not the first time and almost never 25. I was bringing the box to a friend. Told the young woman at the drive thru window about the packaging and got a blank stare and a shrug. Grew up in the east coast, been a Dunkin’s fan forever. This place ain’t that! Drank the coffee , tossed the donuts and stopped someplace else to pick up something for the friend. I’d pass this one by. I’ve been to others in the area where things are done right.

  I don’t usually complain but I found this experience to be deplorable. I have ordered iced coffees previously and noticed that they are never fully filled. So upon ordering I specifically asked for it to be filled to the top of the cup (which feels like a ridiculous request) when I got to the window she handed me this half filled cup and said this is what the pre-measurements fill it to. And I said… “ok can’t you just pour more in?” She said she “wasn’t allowed to do that”. What??? I’m paying $7 for a coffee… fill the cup up please. I have never heard of a large coffee being served half full as a standard. If you don’t want to offer that size then don’t put it on the menu. I drove away pretty appalled. Never going back.
