    When you spend $38. And you need an extra small cup for the 6 yr old and you're told that's an extra $2.50 for an empty cup, that's poor customer service. I don't care what the owner's policy is, customer service is more important than some rigid policy. We will not return!

    My son is a very respectful senior in HS, and goes to this location three times a week after work with his co-workers. The service is terrible and their food tends be delivered piecemeal, with items not coming out together, but they roll with it. Tonight, Nov 17th, they were eating dinner after work, minding their own business, but there was another customer playing music loudly through her phone and singing. They glanced at her once out of confusion but said nothing. The workers ended up coming over and my son and his co-worker were asked to leave. The reason given, was they were making comments about the person singing, giving her rude looks, as well as to other customers. - This never happened! And this review is not because I am being "that parent." As a business professional, I would think the owner of this location would want to know about the actions of the employees, as well as the service, which is a terrible reflection of DQ. My guess is you will be losing quite a few customers once word travels as to what transpired tonight.

    I am extremely disappointed in the owner of this Dairy Queen. First the lights are all out so you’d assume it was closed. But it is open. I ordered a meal deal, chicken strip basket & a side of fries. Only to get home and be missing one of my meals with soggy fries that I waited extra time for. Would love to speak to whoever is running this place. Even the Minneapolis Dairy Queen’s do Better than this.
