    I made a mobile order and they completely forgot my chips and the guacamole on my bowl that I paid extra for. I was also waiting for it to be made way after the time the app said it would be ready by. I am very disappointed.

    1 burrito bowl and a side of queso and was charged 28 dollars, went on the DoorDash app and ordered the exact same thing and total came out to 17.08$. How is it 10$ more expensive at the store than it is using a 3rd party app? Outrageous

    The people there could barely speak English and charge me $20 for a bowl. I didn’t even want extra steak and I didn’t even get extra steak but they charged me for extra steak. This place is a rip off and they need to learn English.

    Assistant GM Ethan is the reason why I keep coming back. His attitude is infectious and you can tell how much he cares about his job. Very prompt, professional and personable. He cares deeply for his job and you can see it thru his actions. Great employee!

    This was a terrible customer experience involving me 1)waiting in the restaurant while employees were standing around with no in store customers watching as the online order station drowned in orders, 2)my order taking 30 min past the order time to be ready(again with employees with no customers staring at me while I waited), 3) the order being wrong requiring me to drive back and 4) then the store manager blaming me saying “ you should have opened up all the bowls before you left”. There was not even so much as a “ sorry that happened” I left my house with an online order placed at 4:50 and finally returned over an hour later with cold food and no apology. I know it’s just chipotle but this seems below even fast food level of customer service. I would advise you to drive 10 miles out of your way to avoid this particular location. I certainly don’t need a cold burrito bowl that bad and will skip altogether next time.
