    Absolute worst customer service I've ever seen. "manager" kept telling everyone how stressed she was due to "just getting back from her trip" and refused to take any inside orders until they got the drive thru line down.

    I hate to write a bad review but guys this was bad :( Went inside to eat and the whole place was dirty with trash all over. The fries were SO salty we couldn’t eat them. The bun for the burger was chewy??? And the “toast” wasn’t even toasted!!! The sundae was smaller than their pup cups and super skimpy on the hot fudge. One of the employees disappeared in the bathroom for 20 minutes leaving the blonde employee running around doing everything - props to her. Would NOT come here again :(

    Worst DQ. Pulled up on a Saturday night 3/7/26 @8pm. No customers inside or in drive thru. Pulled up through drive thru and can see one employee sitting on the floor inside, another with a broom, 1-2 others out of sight. Hands me two overfilled drippy blizzards spilling ice cream on the side of my car. Asked for napkins and did my best to clean up their mess and get a holder. Handed the dirty napkins back and the server refused to take their mess or give me more napkins. Worst service, incredibly lazy employees refusing to take accountability or even try to help. Never going back to this location.

    Never even ordered. Sat in line for 15 minutes without any movement in the line. The staff was just paying attention to the drive thru. One employee was just standing around. Won’t be back to this location. We walked out.
