  I was talked to like I was dumb when I ordered and they didn't recognize what was or wasn't on what I ordered. Got to the window and the lady at the window rushed the process, almost no dialogue. The rice was either over or undercooked, the rice was crunchy

  I LOVE there Freezes . I mix EVERY Flavor they have and ALWAYS come for 2-5 happy hour to get them for $1. Can't beat that

  This Taco Bell is my least favorite location in the Twin Cities. It struggles badly when busy, with traffic and people tweaking throughout the parking lot and around the drive-thru speaker. Orders are frequently messed up, and the hard shells and chips always seem stale. Overall, the experience is consistently disappointing compared to other locations.

  People dont tend to.eat in at a fast food place these days. So atmosphere is usually pretty stagnant. You'll likely be the only one of possibly 3 people eating in-store. And since they brought in the screens to order from service is definitely lacking. I went in on my lunch break and try to use cash to order and pay with. You will be standing around watching others come and go..what they dont tell you is you need to pay the girl behind the counter for your meal before they start to prepare it for you. Fast food chains especially taco bell should just have a walk up window and a drive thru cause in-store service is non existent. Human interaction for those kids anyway comes from immediate family or another online gamer. Never face to face. Customer service: 0 outta 10. Food is great! its a taco bell after all... hit the drive thru if you go. Service is second to non at the window.

  This tacobell keeps their doors locked all day and doesnt allow anyone in the drive thru unless they are in a car. I live in the area and I dont drive so this is really upsetting and extremely unprofessional!
