  idk whats wrong with the people that work here but they messed up my order they didn't give me my nacho fries or my sauce. i understand that it's a fast paced environment as i work in food service too but we don't even get refunds for missing sauce so screwing that up ruins my entire dinner after a long day of work. especially missing the fries is annoying do better and learn how to read... even though you don't even read the orders your customers give you.

  I asked for a vegan crunch wrap (no meat, fresco style) and I ate a bite which turned out to have meat. I haven’t had meat in 10 years and I’ll never eat at Taco Bell again.

  Ordered on the app and waited in the longest drive thru line just for no one to respond for like 5 minutes at the sign. I drive forward to the window just to tell them I have an online order and they say I have to go back to the end of the line that backed up since they weren’t responding through the speaker. Walked inside to get my food and suddenly all they’re working on is the drive through and out of the five workers I see stumbling around no one can bring me my damn food. I’ve worked fast food… it’s not that bad.
