- CBCaitlin BerkeleyMar 27, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location. I placed an order through the app for a footlong sandwich, but when I arrived, I was given a wrap instead of what I ordered. When I politely asked for the correct order, the employee refused to fix the mistake and said there was nothing he could do. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, he became dismissive and even threatened to call the police if I didn’t leave. Mistakes can happen, but the way this situation was handled was completely unprofessional. I would not recommend this location based on my experience.

I don't know if it's a cultural things or not, but this place is heavily by mexican FRESH OFF THE BOAT that run this place like some street food boots. They wouldn't even look at the coupon and prefer cash over card.

Maybe you want to put a sign up that says you won’t take a subway coupon at subway before I order it. Hope they go out of business.
