  This stupid place has a dining room, but won't let you dine in. Not everyone wants to carry out, so it's stupid to close facilities that you have. This makes me really angry.

  This place has to get shut down they took 30 dollars from me and won’t give me no money back or my pizza this place is very unprofessional and they managers and workers are start up dumb.

  I bought a pizza on march 9 2026 and 1-the people working that Sunday was very rude 2 I ordered a $10 pizza and it was so thin that it was burnt and when I asked for my money back they said I had to wait for the manager on Monday I left my info and no call that day or all week so I called all week and the manger andrew would not talk to me and said I’m not getting my money back I reported him and a did a few other things to get my shit back so Mr.Andrew you see this I heard you in the background why I was on the phone and u said I’m not getting my money back and I recorded it too.this place is no good at all

  Manager was so rude with me just asking for my food .I ordered pizza online around 1:09 pm on 03/15/2026 , the day that we had snow storm in Minneapolis for my family, and that pizza never comes to my adress , even though we waited 3 hours , DoorDash cancelled several times the delivery. Called the store several times to know any updates for my delivery, and I got hangouts in middle of call by manager , then I decided to go in person to the store to either get my food or get refunded my $66.64 money , but manager told me I needed to with Deal with the DoorDash driver who was supposed to bring my food , but neither of the driver or DoorDash customer service were answering the phone . Then manager treated me to get out from store just asking my food that I paid for it $66.63 , I didn’t contract DoorDash to delivery my food , money that I paid went straight to his store account, then the cops , but he persisted that this their policy once they send food to the DoorDash, they aren’t liable any loose or no delivery of DoorDash driver . Since then I never got refunded of my money . I will urge anyone to not order food online because they lacking professionalism in business and waste ur money . Copy the receipt of my order into attached
