  'Order online 3 topping large $10 Pizza'. I want Pep, Onion and X-cheese. But X-cheese adds $2.50. So I call in and say I want $10 special but the third topping, the Xtra cheese is adding $2.50. She says no problem. Will include as third topping, Yay. She says what else. I say that's it. She says they can't deliver for under $15. Cool. Here's one star.

  You guys changed the BBQ sauce for your pizza and all of us got food poisoning! It’s not fun being pregnant and dealing with food poisoning and having four sick kids on top of it!

  I placed a delivery order and it got picked up by Uber eats. The driver did not call and left it in the steps. I live in a rough neighborhood and always ask for a call or text so i can come grab it. I came out to get my food and it was frozen cold. I called the manager Javier and he remade it and sent it back to us. It got delivered correctly by Door dash. Thank you Javier. Great customer service even though this was not on him out his business. He made it right no questions asked.

  This team is pure garbage at customer service, and a very shady store with bad management. Low cunning in lieu of good faith bargaining, and an insult to the good reputation of chicken wings. I ordered a Hut box as Parmesan Garlic wings +$4.00, ordered a side of Parmesan Garlic Wings +$4.00, and paid $16.34 total. I was presented with 6 wings instead of 10, and the staff were prepared to argue to the ends of the Earth over a refund vs. getting the extra wings I paid for. I had my phone out. I had the app open. I had a digital receipt of my order. The attendant was indignant and argumentative to a fault. Have your receipts and be prepared to take this Pizza Hut to small claims over their ignorance if placing a large order. Please see below to see the facts of my case:
