Instead of telling me to get lost they went out of their way to make what I ordered even though they were still serving breakfast. They didn't have to do it but they did it anyway, so I figured I'd write this review and show some love and support for the workers, they're good people and I wish well

Or she need to stay in the office and away from customers. This is the second time I’ve come to this location and had to deal with her smart mouth, passive aggressive attitude. I’m definitely done with this location. Certain people have no business working on customer service. If you’re being short and getting an attitude with a customer that doesn’t even have a problem, clearly you don’t have the people skills for the job. She’s supposed to be an example to the other employees. Completely unacceptable

I gave feedback online because mine and my hubby's food was cold and the orange hiC I got seemed watered down like it had been sitting there waiting it to be ordered.. the owner called me herself and talked to me about my feedback apologizing more than once and offering to replace what we had ordered! She was extremely nice! Actually seemed like she cared which I don't get much at fast food restaurants! I'd like to add we've got mcds from this location quite a few times with no issues at all. One time mishap handled very well. Thank you!
